Located in the heart of Nuns’ Island, just minutes from the Old Port of Montreal, our studio feels like a retreat — often compared to the calming, soulful vibe of Tulum. Every detail, from the serene aesthetic to the unique class names, was carefully curated to create an experience that allows you to fully disconnect and reconnect with yourself.
