** Memberships will automatically renew every month on your charge date. No commitment, simply cancel at least 7 days prior to your next charge date by contacting us.

PRICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No Commitments: If you are on a monthly membership, it will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel. We kindly request that you notify us at least 7 days prior to your renewal date by emailing info@infinitypilatesclub.com to cancel your membership.

 

Freezes: If you plan to be out of town or unable to attend for any other reason, we offer the option to pause your membership at no additional cost. Please inform us by email at info@infinitypilatesclub.com, and once you return, we will promptly reactivate your membership.

 

Cancellation Policy: We request that you cancel any class reservations at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the spot to another client. All cancellations and reservations can be easily managed through your Momence account. 

 

Late Cancel/No Show: If you cancel within the 12-hour window or fail to attend a class, the class will be lost. For members with a monthly day pass, a $10 Late Cancellation/No Show fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which helps us ensure all clients have fair access to our classes.

Additional Terms:

  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Infinity Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in order to maintain the quality of our offerings.
